Solution:
A = B+C
==> A-B = C
A + B = 1/10
A - B = 1/50
Subtracting
2B = 1/10 - 1/50 = 2/25
B = 1/25

Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)
48 = 2(5x + 3x)
==>x = 48/16=3
Area = (5 × 3) × (3 × 3) = 15 × 9 = 135 m2
